The best Mazesoba in Colombo!!! If you haven't tried the Nagoya-style Mazesoba here, you’re missing out. I tried the signature Nagoya Mazesoba, and the explosion of flavors from the spicy minced Chicken, egg yolk, and Gotukola with seaweed was incredible. The noodles have the perfect chew. Make sure to follow the instructions on the table—eat halfway, add the Chille paste and vinegar, and definitely ask for the "Oimeshi" (small portion of rice) at the end to soak up the leftover sauce. 10/10 experience!

I always visit this place during my long business trips, and I really appreciate having a restaurant where I can enjoy Japanese-style mazesoba. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The flavor of the mazesoba is authentic and delicious, and the thickness of the noodles is just right. If I may add one small comment, the noodles are sometimes a bit softer than my preference (and perhaps for many Japanese customers as well). I would personally enjoy it even more if they had a slightly firmer texture. It might also be interesting if customers could choose their preferred level of noodle firmness. Thank you always for the great food!
